If true, that would mean that Forbes and CelebrityNetWorth.com both of which value him at around 4B to 4.5B USD are way off in their estimates. In any case, whatever Trump is worth, you can be sure that number is going to massively increase if he ever does become President.
If Trump wins the White House, he will use his power to enrich himself financially. If he’s worth $10 billion right now, he will come out of the White House worth $20 billion or more. How will he do this, you might be asking. Trump got his start in the real estate business and he is still a major player in commercial real estate to this day. He still owns the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City and he has massive buildings, casino’s and resorts all over the world including: Las Vegas, the Mar-A-Lago Club in Palm Beach, and the Trump World Tower which is directly across from the United Nations building in New York.

We know that Donald Trump is driven by money and that he has no moral or ethical objections to making that money from gambling and casinos. Not surprisingly, it is a fabulously profitable business to be in. Las Vegas for example had 41M visitors in 2014. This might sound like high number but remember people come here from all over the World, from places like Australia, England, Brazil, etc and most people only come for a few days into the weekend and then they leave and new vacationers show up.
Surely, many people go to Las Vegas to partake in some gambling but over the past several years Vegas has transformed itself into the Mecca of Nightlife. Thanks to other billionaire CEO’s like Steve Wynn, founder and owner of Encore and Wynn hotels in Vegas, which house XS and Surrender, two of the best and most popular clubs on the strip, many people now go to Las Vegas purely for the nightlife.
I for example, went to Vegas twice, both times I stayed there for an entire week (which is a long time in Vegas time) and I spent the all my time there at Night Clubs and pool parties picking up girls. Not once did I spend any of my money playing against the house, “The house always wins” right? In short, a lot of the money is being made by the clubs now with their $100 cover charges, $35 cocktails, and $2,000 tables. Here in lies the opportunity.
The only other city in the United States that even comes close to being like Vegas in terms of the Night Life is not Atlantic City, but Miami South Beach. With clubs like Nikki Beach, LIV, and Story, to name a few, and the amazing year round beach weather the only thing missing from South Beach to transform it into the East Cost Vegas would be the legalization of gambling and prostitution. I predict that if Donald Trump wins the White House, he will push to legalize prostitution and gambling in Florida, create Vegas 2.0 in Miami, and enrich himself by building huge hotels and casinos there.
